How we do things

Our couches come from Costco liquidation — returns, display models, and unsold inventory. That means every piece is one of a kind: even when we carry the same model again and again, each one arrives in different condition.

Every couch we sell is cleaned and inspected as thoroughly as we can before it’s listed. We photograph and measure each piece individually, list the imperfections we find, and price each item to match its condition. What you see in the photos is exactly the couch you’ll get.

All sales are final

We offer free local delivery on an already discounted used item, so we cannot take items back. We’ve sold thousands of couches over four years — the rare returns we see are not because a couch was broken, but because someone changed their mind or decided they wanted a different one.
